Recipe: Brian’s Super Tasty Vegan Chili (Plant-Based, Oil-Free)

By my calculations, we have made about 20 giant batches of chili in the past 14 months. That is a LOT of chili! Recipe: Italian Vegetable Bean Soup aka “Weird Orange Soup” (Vegan, Oil-Free)

One of our staple recipes over the past year has been what we lovingly call our “Weird Green Soup.” Since we make it so often, we’ve had a chance to play around with the recipe quite a bit! Recipe Review: Too Busy To Cook Vegetable Bean Soup (Eat To Live Quick & Easy Cookbook)

When we started on this journey, we knew we needed to find some good “staple” recipes that we could batch cook on a regular basis. We started our switch to a whole food, plant-based diet by following the “6 Week Plan” from a book called Eat To Live, so we decided to purchase the Eat To Live Quick & Easy Cookbook for recipe ideas.
