Well, I knew this day would come eventually… it’s time for my final weekly check-in with Lisa. 😭

For today’s video, I decided to bring a list of questions for Lisa and we discussed what we’ve both learned over these past several weeks. Don’t worry, this isn’t the end of the Lisa & Jessica Show, I’ve still got plans to get her back for check-ins and other fun videos in the future!

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Lisa, she is my friend who lives in West Yorkshire, UK. She became vegan for the animals about 6 or 7 years ago, and while she has had no trouble avoiding animal products, she finds herself eating a lot more vegan junk food than she would prefer. In her search for a healthier vegan lifestyle, she happened to run across these crazy kids called “Krocks In The Kitchen” and the rest is history!

The idea behind this series was to share our conversations as we check-in with each other on a weekly basis, with the hopes that those of you who are following along at home could relate to what we chat about and even offer suggestions of your own in the comments. It has been great fun so far, and I can’t wait to see what else we can all do together in the future.
