  1. Tom wood says:

No really, how do you get statted? Do you jump in or ease your way in? I have low functioning kidneys, is this wfpb diet safe for me? I’m 57 married 23 years and been sober for 33 years.
Diabetes and high blood pressure have taken its toll on my body, is there any recovery?

    • Hi Tom! You should definitely be consulting with a doctor before making any changes in your diet. We jumped in pretty quickly, but neither of us had major health issues prior to starting out. I know that people with diabetes have to be particularly careful when it comes to some of the potato diets we have done… it can be dangerous, so make sure you have an expert helping you. We are just sharing our experience, but the path we took might not be best for everyone!
