1. What time do you get up before you eat? What time do you finish eating before you go to bed?

2. Have you tried intermittent fasting?

3. What do you drink throughout the day?

4. Do you ever consume alcohol?

5. Do you ever indulge in faux meats/cheeses?

6. Have you ever hit a “plateau” or noticed the weight loss slowing down?

7. Did you have days where your weight didn’t move and then suddenly it dropped a few pounds?

8. Do you take any supplements? B12?

    Does anyone else really look foward to that nice big salad? Ifeel like i am missing something if I dont have it. I used to look forward to cakes or choc but now its the salad. Greens,toms, celery, cucumber, salsa, and a bit of dressing ( usually mustard). Cant get enough!

    I just stumbled on your channel recently . It’s such a breath of fresh air ! Such easy meal preparation ideas ! Thank you for all your dedication to your channel! I’ll be making the salad prep -hummus -chilli -red beans and rice -overnight oats -and fruit bowl this week !
