We are back… again! For real this time!

Thank you to everyone who has been reaching out and wishing us well during our hiatus from YouTube and Krocks In The Kitchen. We’ve been super busy these past few months, with a big move and lots more going on in our world. For today’s video, we thought we’d give you a little update on what has been going on, plus introduce our 60-Day Habit Changing Challenge!

As you may know, we’ve been pretty off-track with our eating and healthy habits over the past year. The main thing to know is that we haven’t given up. We are still dedicated to committing ourselves to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. We decided that we needed a reset – not only when it comes to our eating habits – but on other aspects of our lives as well. Enter the 60-Day Habit Changing Challenge!

So what is the challenge? It is very simple. Pick a 60-day window, download our fancy chart, and choose three things you want to do every day (or almost every day). Give yourself a checkmark, sticker, etc. for each day you succeed. This is not about tracking a weight loss goal or numbers or anything like that. It is about making some small, simple changes to your life. The fun results like weight loss will certainly follow, but this time around we just want to focus on creating good habits that will last.

What’s the prize? There is no prize, except for the fact that you’ll have (hopefully) formed some new habits!

    So glad you’re back. I really missed you. I just found you before your hiatus & was bummed when it looked like you weren’t returning. I love your recipes. Especially the banana ice cream! Looking forward to more. I am joining your challenge. I have gained some weight & too much processed foods so this is exactly what I needed.

    I’m on day eight now (I may have skipped a day in there) and really enjoying it. I’ve been struggling lately with self care and just getting things done, so I chose very specific habits. 1. eat a salad every day 2. make overnight oats (really helps me start off on the right foot) 3. brush my teeth right after dinner (kitchen is closed!)

    I am on day 30. I am doing good. My 3 are snack free evenings, 64oz water each day & no processed foods. I have some pandemic pounds to lose. I may just repeat this challenge.

    I am about 2/3 through my 60 days. My 3 habits are snack free evenings, whole foods meals & drinking 64oz of water daily. I don’t have all boxes checked but I improved so much. I regained weight & this is helping me so much. I may go another after this. I really wanted to thank you for helping me to push forward.
