We have both been overweight for as long as we can remember. We were both in the obese category when we started dating… and then we gained even MORE weight.

Eventually we realized that we had to do something about it. We spent years attempting various plans for weight loss. Some of them were successful at helping us take off a few pounds here and there, but none of them helped us to maintain our weight loss over the long haul.

    Thanks so much for sharing your story. It is pretty amazing! I just bought “Live to Eat,” and it is eye-opening. You both are doing a great service for us! You are showing us how to eat delicious food, not be hungry, and get healthy!

    P.S. I made the red beans with riced cauliflower. It was the first healthy, vegan meal that I had that actually tasted like a full-fat “meaty” meal. It was awesome! Please keep the recipes coming!

    Hi there! For some reason, I wasn’t able to click on- or find any links under “things we love.” When I tried it again on my iphone it worked fine and I was able to finally order that salad chopper. By the way, great show! 😀
