    Just found you and am inspired. Haven’t seen this question. Did your metabolism drop and make you feel cold all the time? And if so, did you recover after some time, you seem not to be affected by it. This was one of my challenges when I dieted in the past. Thanks

      My metabolism didn’t crash and I don’t recall getting cold because of it. I did however start to feel cold after I lost a good deal of weight. My body just didn’t hold onto heat like it used to. 🤣 But other than that, nothing really changed for us. 🙂

    Thank you for the videos I’m enjoying following and starting the journey with my husband this week as well!
    You mentioned Kentucky hot browns and clean food dirty girl did a version in their meal plan which is all whole food plant based with no oil or sugars. Thought I’d let you know. You have to by the plan but you could check it out 🙂

    Love your videos and help in my own weight loss journey. I made your veggie chilli and it was so…good and looked a lot like Brian’s. My question is: How do you deal with all the gas that comes with the beans??
    Thanks again for all you do as you two are so…cute together! I like Brian’s hair longer but I will love him no matter what.

    I too was influenced my Penn’s book, Presto. I think you need to always give a disclaimer about how candid and raw he is. I, as an older person and Christian, was very shocked and had to skip parts in the book because of his language and descriptions of certain thing and events. It is full of extreme language and sexual stuff.
